EULA - End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement

Carefully read the following legal agreement. Use of the software provided with this agreement constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install and/or use this software. Use of this software is conditioned upon compliance by user with the terms of this agreement.

Evaluation and Registration

AntiCutAndPaste is not free software. You may use it without charge for evaluation purposes only. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period for any commercial activity you must pay for it according to the terms and prices discussed in the documentation, or you must remove it from your computer.

One registered copy of AntiCutAndPaste may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

Other rights and limitations

You may not disassemble, reverse engineer, recompile, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software. Remove, obscuring, or altering any notice of copyright or other proprietary right present on or in the software; or permit or authorize anyone else to take any action described in this sentence.

Ownership

AntiCutAndPaste is owned and copyrighted by ACNP Software. Your license confers no title or ownership in the software and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. ACNP SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER ACNP SOFTWARE NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ACNP SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT THAT LIABILITY IS BY LAW INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID TO ACNP SOFTWARE.
